Sorry to say but had to return the device right out of the packaging,

The device software would not allow the "Home Address" to be changed to my "Home" address in Arizona. System kept stating my "Home Address" was in New York.

Then after I contacted Customer Service to return the product I was expected to "Pay the Shipping" for the Device to be returned for an exchange.

Was sold a defective gps 61lmt and plantronics bluetooth ear piece and was told it would work with the garmin it does not gps says not compatible.

My GPS did not work when I received it. I am still waiting for my replacement.
