The Garmin Descent™ Mk1 is a rugged, capable and smart training watch for point-to-point navigation. The Descent Mk1 has Garmin Elevate™ estimator, when used with a heart rate monitor shows your running speed, beats per minute and heart rate variability to estimate the maximum volume of oxygen you can consume per minute. The innovative ANT+ wireless technology and bluetooth® capabilities to wirelessly share tracks, waypoints, routes and geocaches with other compatible garmin devices or smartphones.
